What is Family Law?

Family Law is a very broad area of legal practice that can be divided into the following categories (amongst others):
As with any other major area of law, Family Law touches on a variety of other important subjects such as estate panning, conveyancing, financial planning and sometimes litigation. For this reason it is nearly impossible (and certainly not advisable) to deal with a family law matter on your own without the support of a qualified Australian Legal Practitioner who can navigate the family law matter itself but also the network of other considerations that must be dealt with.
