Frank Carroll
Frank Carroll was admitted as a lawyer in December 1976 with Bachelors of Law and Commerce from the University of Queensland, and has held a practicing certificate continuously since then. Since 1977 Frank Carroll has been a principal solicitor and has handled more than 18,000 divorces and a wide variety of other legal issues.In 1995 Frank was elected to Queensland State Parliament as the Member for Mansfield and left this office in 1998 to establish his practice at Wishart, which is now known as Carroll Fairon Solicitors.

Elizabeth Fairon
Elizabeth Fairon was admitted as a lawyer in 2005 after completing a Bachelor of Laws at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), and she has been working as a solicitor with Frank Carroll ever since. Elizabeth also holds a Master of Laws, completed in 2009 at QUT.Elizabeth is especially interested in Family Law and Wills & Estates Litigation, and hopes to further her expertise in these areas throughout her career.
Outside of work, Elizabeth is on a management committee for a local refuge.

Ross Petersen
Ross Petersen graduated from the University of Queensland in law where he also won a full blue and a half blue in golf while an undergraduate.Ross has been a partner of various legal firms in North Queensland from the day of his admission and he was a senior partner of one of Queensland’s leading groups of lawyers which traded as Petersen McCullough Robertson in Cairns for 10 years. He prematurely retired in 2006 but has returned to the practice of law as a consultant commercial litigation lawyer attached to Carroll Fairon Solicitors.
Ross brings with him a vast amount of invaluable experience in the practice of law which provides great benefit to clients of the firm and other professional staff in the handling of their matters. He has a keen interest in innovation and also performs a role in the administration and management of the firm.

Andrew Carroll
Andrew Carroll is a solicitor holding a Bachelor of Law, Diplomas of Justice Administration and Business and a Certificate 3 in Assessment. Andrew was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2009 and is particularly interested in property, business, employment, commercial and succession law. Guy McEntyre
Guy McEntyre, Managing Law Clerk, has been working in the law for 16 years and has been working with Frank Carroll Solicitor/ Carroll Fairon Solicitors since 2006.Professionally, Guy has special interests in litigation and criminal law.
Outside of work, when he is not on his jet ski, Guy is a volunteer with the Brisbane Coast Guard and will soon be qualified as a Commercial Coxswain.

Ben Hall
Ben Hall is a solicitor who was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2009 and holds Bachelors of Law and Business Management from the University of Queensland (Deans Honour Roll) and a Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice from the College of Law (Qld). Simon LaBlack
Simon LaBlack is a solicitor admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice from the College of Law (Qld).Simon particularly enjoys assisting clients in the areas of conveyancing, property and commercial law.

Lauren Nolan
Lauren Nolan holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University. She is undertaking a Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice at the College of Law and is due to complete this in February 2012. Lauren is planning on being admitted as a lawyer in April 2012 with her focus being family law and wills and estates.
